For decades, the four-acre field has served as the primary field of play for our field-based athletic teams. Over 600 student-athletes utilize the field for in-season and off-season workouts, practice, and competition opportunities. Years of competitive use and inclement weather have taken their collective toll on the field. The current playing surface is in need of improvements, as contests and practices are often cancelled due to drainage issues in inclement weather. The time is now to enhance the four-acre field.

The four-acre field redesign project supports a campus master plan to modernize our school facilities. By redesigning the field as a multi-use athletic field complex, we modernize our softball facility; increase spectator participation and home game atmosphere; use the field in inclement weather; and expand program offerings to emerging sports of interest.

The total amount needed in contributions to complete phase one of this project is estimated to be $2M. To make this possible, we are asking our most dedicated supporters to join us as we take the next steps to redesign our campus.
